Cascades Nominated for Year-End Awards

UFV has announced the finalists for its upcoming annual awards gala. The Cascades Baseball program has been given two nominations from its 2018 CCBC Runner-Up group.
Riley Jepson was nominated for Male Athlete of the Year after setting CCBC records across the board, posting a .489/.615/.733 slash line to go with 3 home runs and 25 runs batted in.
He won CCBC Hitter of the Year for his season, as well as All-CCBC First Team for the second consecutive year.
Freshman Josh Berenbaum was nominated for Male Rookie of the Year after a great rookie season. He hit .300 with 15 RBI in his first year as a Cascade.
The winners will be announced April 3rd at the UFV Cascades Athletic Banquet.
