"Petersen is the second UFV player to sign with a WMBL in the last 10 days. Slugger Riley Jepson will head to Lethbridge this summer.
Petersen is a six-foot-three righty who is heading into his third year with the Cascades.
He started six games for UFV in the Canadian Colleges Baseball Conference in 2018, winning two with a 7.15 earned-run average, 19 strikeouts and 18 walks."
